Request for Bid – Trans Amadi Gardens (TAG) Land

Background:

Total Cooperative has an empty piece of land in Trans Amadi Gardens, measuring about 47,000 square meters. The land has a global survey and a layout design. The land needs to be parcellated and plots mark out with beacons. In addition, provide detailed drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the infrastructures.

Scope of work

  1. Layout survey and plots marking at Total Cooperative Estate, Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt Rivers State.
  2. Detailed drawings and BOQ for the following infrastructure within the estate.
  3. Road, Drainage and Walkways
  4. Water reticulation system
  5. Power connection and street lighting (Possible IPP or hybrid)
  6. Provision for Internet Connections (IPNX)
  7. Provision for CCTV Connection
  8. Gate House and Admin Building.
  9. Recreation Centre (Basic Amenities)
  10. Green Areas.
  11. Design Standard Protype buildings for the estate.

Technical Qualification Requirements

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:

  1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
  2. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the company annual turnover for the last three (3) years.
  3. Evidence of previous job done.
  4. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical Staff).
  5. Evidence of HSE procedure and detail execution plan with date

Bidders Conference & Site Inspection

  1. All applicants are required to visit the facility for a bidders’ conference and site inspection on October 25th, 2021.
  2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.
  3. All applicants are required to contact the Project Coordinator (Mr. Charles Nwafor on 08037048496) before the visit date to schedule their inspection.

  3. The applicant should input prices for each element in the commercial bid document. The cost breakdown for each work element should be generated and included in the submitted bid.

Submission Deadline

All interested applicants are required to submit the pre-qualification documents before 11:30 PM on Sunday 31st October 2021.

This Invitation to Bid is not a guarantee from TEPNG COOP to award a contract. But it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order for the provision of institutional goods, services, and work.

All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.

Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
