RFQ FOR RENOVATION WORKS AT THE LOGISTICS BASE FACILITY

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Total E&P Cooperative (TEPNG COOP) wishes to invite reputable and competent firms to express interest in the proposed renovation works at the Logistics Base facility at Plot 8, Trinity Avenue, Oniru, Lagos.

Scope of Works

RENOVATION OF THE LOGISTICS BASE BUILDING (TREATMENT OF ALL CRACKS, PAINTING ETC)
REVAMPING OF THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT INSTALLATION
DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR EFFLUENT WATER AND DOMESTICS WASTEWATER
REVAMPING OF THE FIRE ALARM INSTALLATION IN THE FACILITY
ROOF LEAKAGE RECTIFICATION AT THE WAREHOUSE AND COOP OFFICE FLOOR
REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY ELECTRICAL LIGHT FITTINGS AT ALL COOP SPACE AREAS
REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE FACILITY (AC UNITS, WTP PUMPS, STIRRERS ETC)

Technical Qualification Requirements

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:

  1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) includes a Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
  2. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the company’s annual turnover for the last three (3) years.
  3. Possession of experience in the execution of similar work/minor facility maintenance works with verifiable letters of contract award and certificates of job completion within the last Five (5) years.
  4. VAT Registration with TIN and evidence of VAT remittances for the last three years.
  5. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure, including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical/Managerial).

Bidders Conference & Site Inspection

  1. All applicants must visit the facility for a bidders’ conference and site inspection from 10TH to 17TH of March 2023.
  2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.
  3. All applicants must contact the Camp bosses (Mr Ayo 08035796407 and Mr Aniedi 08160548395) before the visit date to schedule their inspection.

Submission of Documents

  1. Based on the inspection, the applicant should generate Bills of Quantities using the template provided in the link – UNPRICED BOQ FOR LOGISTICS BASE WORKS.
  2. The applicant should input the prices for the work item in the Bills of Quantities and return the Bills in Microsoft excel format.
  3. The applicant should prepare a cover letter stating the works’ quotation amount, warranty, validity period and completion period.
  4. The complete quotation (Method Statement, Bills of Quantities, warranties & Covering Letter) should be uploaded in the provided link – See Upload Link.

Submission Deadline

All interested applicants must submit their quotation by 11:59 PM on the 31st of March, 2023.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This RFQ is not a guarantee from TEPNG COOP to award a contract. But it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order to provide institutional goods, services, and work.
  2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.
  3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
  4. TEPNG COOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and cancel the entire tender process at any time without assigning any reason.
