REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Total E&P Cooperative wishes to invite reputable and competent firms to express interest in the proposed clubhouse swimming pool deck rework & construction of its changing room at Plot 8, Trinity Avenue, Oniru, Lagos.

CONSTRUCTION OF CHANGING ROOM (MALE & FEMALE)

Technical Qualification Requirements

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:

  1. Detailed company profile.
  2. Technical & scope of work.
  3. Commercial.

Bidders Conference & Site Inspection

  1. All applicants are allowed to visit the facility for inspection.

Submission of Documents

  1. The complete quotation (Method Statement, Bills of Quantities, & Covering Letter) should be uploaded in the provided link – See Upload Link.

Submission Deadline

All interested applicants must submit their quotation by 11:59 PM on the 19th of December, 2023.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This RFQ is not a guarantee from TEPNG COOP to award a contract. However, it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order to provide institutional goods, services, and work.
  2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.
  3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
  4. TEPNG COOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and cancel the entire tender process at any time without assigning any reason.
