TotalEnergies E&P Nigeria Staff Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited is excited to extend an invitation to your esteemed firm for the construction of a perimeter fence on our land situated along the Lagos-Calabar coastal road axis, specifically at Plot 8, Water Corporation Drive, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are seeking your expertise to tender the construction works based on the scope outlined and the survey plan provided. Below are the details for your reference:

Scope of Work:

Construction of a reinforced perimeter fence measuring 223 meters (L) and 3.65 meters(H)

Technical Qualification Requirements.

1. Company profile and evidence of previously executed construction works
2. Method statement for the proposed construction works
3. Detailed Bills of Quantities
4. Comprehensive Health & Safety Plan
5. Contractors Quality Assurance & Control Manual
6. List of plant & equipment required for the project work of this nature
7. Information on human resources required for the proposed work.

Bidders Conference & Site Inspection

    1. This RFQ does not guarantee that TotalEnergies COOP will award a contract. However, it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order to provide institutional goods, services, and work.
    2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.
    3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
    4. TotalEnergies COOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and cancel the entire tender process at any time without assigning any reason.
