RFQ FOR MANAGEMENT OF TOTAL COOPERATIVE PHC VEGETABLE GARDEN MART
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
Scope of Works
Total E&P Cooperative wishes to invite reputable and competent business establishments to express interest in the proposed management of Total Cooperative Vegetable Mart located at plot 25 Trans Amadi Industrial Layout Port Harcourt Rivers State.
Technical Qualification Requirements
The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:
1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including the Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
2. Evidence of current operational base in Port Harcourt.
3. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure, including names and telephone numbers of key personnel
4. Evidence of proper Vegetable supply chain Management
5. Company Policy on product management process and procedures.
6. Evidence of logistic partnership MOU or Evidence of logistic apparatus available.
7. Evidence of company defensive driving training for company drivers.
8. Interpersonal relationship management staff training.
9. Company policy on pricing.
10. Evidence of Verifiable Experience.
Bidders Conference & Site Inspection
1. All applicants must visit the facility on Thursday, April 11th, 2024, for a bidders’ conference and site inspection.
2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.
3. Before the visit date, All applicants must contact the project Coordinator (Nwafor Charles at 080-3704-8496 and Naaman at 080-6889-9110) to schedule their inspection.

Submission Deadline
All interested applicants must submit the pre-qualification documents before 11:59 PM on the 19th of April, 2024.
Terms and Conditions
- This RFQ does not guarantee that TEPNG COOP will award a contract. However, it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order to provide institutional goods, services, and work.
- All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.
- Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
- TEPNG COOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and cancel the entire tender process at any time without assigning any reason.
