Consulting Firm to provide a Seconded Staff for the role of Technical Assistant

Terms of Reference

  1. Purpose

Total E& P staff Multipurpose Cooperative Nigeria Limited is seeking the services of an experienced and dynamic consulting firm to provide a Seconded employee who will function as a Technical Assistant (TA) to the Cooperative president.

The service will be one person seconded full-time. The TA or the firm should have the following technical skills that the TA can leverage:

  • Finance and Investments
  • Legal
  • Real Estates
  • Microsoft Office and IT
  • Human Resources

The TA should be able to work independently, innovative, have attention for details and possess good interpersonal skills. This position is to support the Cooperative President.

  1. Scope of the consultancy

The key objectives of the consulting firm will be to provide a seconded staff by:

  • Providing a pool of candidate(s) shortlist (these candidates must have been assessed by the consulting firm).
  • This eventual successful candidate will not be a staff of the cooperative but a staff of the consulting firm.
  1. Duration and timeline

The contract will be for 9 months, from 1st November 2021 to end 31st July 2022. Deadline for submission 25th October 2021.
