 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Totalenergies E&P Nig. Staff Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited wishes to invite reputable and competent firms to express interest for the supply and renovation of TotalEenergies Coop guesthouse located at Trans Amadi Gardens Estate off Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria.

Scope of Works

S/N Description
1 Replacement of 6 toilets (sweet rose) at the old wing
2 Replacement of all the old toilet tiles both wall and Floor (Old wing)
3 Ensure all the floor drain are in perfect condition (2 in each toilet)
4 Fix towel hangers and tissue holders in each toilet
5 Replace the toilet mirror frames with wooden type.
6 Ensure that there is no water leakage in all the toilets
7 Painting of all the rooms and toilet doors (Old wing)
       8 Fixing of wardrobe handles (Old wing)
9 Replace one facial board at the roof outside.
10 Fix and replace the bad interlocks
11 Painting of the internal, external and fence of the facility
12 Repair the leaking roof
13 Purchase new washing machine 12kg sideload and dryer LG
14 Check and replace the non-functional intercom box and panel
15 Replace all the worn-out beddings, Duvet Cover, Duvet, and Foot Mat
16 Purchase of new pressing iron
17 Repair of the entrance gate
28 Replacement of the lightings at the reception lobby

 

 Technical Qualification Requirements

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:

  1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
  2. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the company annual turnover for the last three (3) years.
  3. Possession of experience for execution of similar executed work/minor facility maintenance works with verifiable letters of contract award and certificates of job completion within the last Five (5) years.
  4. VAT Registration with TIN number and evidence of VAT remittances for the last 3years.
  5. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical/Managerial).
  6. Experience in plumbing and electrical work

Bidders Conference & Site Inspection

  1. All applicants are required to visit the facility for a bidders’ conference and site inspection on Tuesday 14th June 2022.
  2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.
  3. All applicants are required to contact the Facility Coordinator (Mr. Daniel IGEMOH 07032276842) before the visit date to schedule their inspection.

Submission of Documents

  2. The applicant should prepare a method statement for the proposed works.
  3. The applicant should download the Bills of Quantities provided in the link
  4. The applicant should prepare a cover letter stating the quotation amount, validity period and completion period for the works.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This RFQ is not a guarantee from Totalenergies to award a contract. But it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order for the provision of institutional goods, services, and work.
  2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.
  3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
  4. Totalenergies Coop reserves the right to accept or reject any or all application and cancel the entire tender process, at any time without assigning any reason.
