REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Total E&P Cooperative (TEPNG COOP) wishes to invite reputable and competent construction firms to express interest for the burial of diesel storage tank of 45,000 Litres capacity at Plot 8, Trinity Avenue, Oniru, Lagos.

Scope of Works

  1. Application of anti-corrosion paint on external walls of tank
  2. Groundwork (Excavation of pit, soil treatment & filling)
  3. Burial of diesel tank
  4. Disconnection and reconnection of pipeworks
  5. Provision of diesel and fuel spill kits
  6. 150nr absorbent pad 40cm*50cm
  7. 6nr absorbent boom 7.6cm*1.2m
  8. 5nr disposal bags
  9. 2nr protective glasses
  10. 2nr PVC gloves
  11. 1nr oil absorbent granule 6kg
  12. 1nr instruction manual
  13. 1nr 240 Liters wheelie bin(yellow colored)

Technical Qualification Requirements

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:

  1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
  2. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the company annual turnover for the last three (3) years.
  3. Possession of experience in civil construction with verifiable letters of contract award and certificates of job completion within the last Five (5) years.
  4. VAT Registration with TIN number and evidence of VAT remittances for the last 3years.
  5. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.
  6. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical/Managerial).
  7. Evidence of company registration with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

Bidders Conference & Site Inspection

  1. All applicants are required to visit the facility for a bidders’ conference and site inspection on the 20th of October, 2021.
  2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.
  3. All applicants are required to contact the Facility Coordinator (Mr. Paul UDOTONG 08061194600) before the visit date to schedule their inspection.

Submission of Documents

  1. The applicant should upload the technical qualification requirements document in the provided link – See Upload Link
  2. The applicant should prepare a method statement for the proposed works.
  3. The applicant should prepare a HSE plan for the proposed works.
  4. The applicant should prepare for the works a standard Bills of Quantities in Microsoft excel format comprising the cost breakdown of the scope of works.
  5. The applicant should prepare a cover letter stating the bid amount, bid validity and completion period for the works.

Submission Deadline

All interested applicants are required to submit the prequalification documents before by 11:30 PM on the 20th of October, 2021.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Invitation to Bid is not a guarantee from TEPNG COOP to award a contract. But it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order for the provision of institutional goods, services, and work.
  2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.
  3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
  4. TEPNG COOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all application and cancel the entire tender process, at any time without assigning any reason.
