Mission/Core purpose of the Job:

  • Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Know How and Experience

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Client engagement

  • Presentation and soft skills tailored to engaging business owners
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and objection handling

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure Clients Satisfaction.
  • Ensure Construction Time and budget is achieved.
  • Ensure project delivering on specific requirements.
  • Ensure quality in both the construction process and workmanship is met;
  • Monitor Health and Safety Strategy is met;
  • Ensure quality contractors are sign up by the Cooperative.
  • Tracking and delivery of initiatives/projects on deadline
  • Quality execution of specific projects as
  • Competence level and delivery of vendors selected for projects
  • Efficiency of Budget and Management of Assets

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ cognate work experience from a reputable organization/Institution
  • Non-degree courses in real estate development or investing a plus.
  • professional certification will be an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Knowledge of construction management process;
  • Understand construction “Critical path”
  • Development budget preparation and management experience;
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of local planning and environmental laws
  • Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, and use of AutoCAD
