Mission/Core purpose of the Job:
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Know How and Experience
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

- Negotiation and objection handling
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure Clients Satisfaction.
- Ensure Construction Time and budget is achieved.
- Ensure project delivering on specific requirements.
- Ensure quality in both the construction process and workmanship is met;
- Monitor Health and Safety Strategy is met;
- Ensure quality contractors are sign up by the Cooperative.
- Tracking and delivery of initiatives/projects on deadline
- Quality execution of specific projects as
- Competence level and delivery of vendors selected for projects
- Efficiency of Budget and Management of Assets
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years’ cognate work experience from a reputable organization/Institution
- Non-degree courses in real estate development or investing a plus.
- professional certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Knowledge of construction management process;
- Understand construction “Critical path”
- Development budget preparation and management experience;
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of local planning and environmental laws
- Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, and use of AutoCAD
