Specific Duties & Responsibilities: (Strategic)
- Collate details of candidates successful for interview
- Invite candidate for panel interview stage
- Coordinate interview section for staff (proposed and existing staff)
- Officially notify successful candidates who make the final stage
- Issue offer letter to successful candidates
- Follow up on new staff resumption
- Source CV’s and maintain recruitment database and record keeping
- Advise and ensure reimbursement to staff on transit or moved to other location(per diem)
- Book flight for staff & CMC member and accommodation
- Prepare vendors invoice for payment
- Ensure prompt resolution issues raised by staff
- Compile and consolidate information on identified training needs from appraisal form and search for training in line with their role
- Send out and ensure receipt of personal and previous employer reference in line with set standards
- Ensure all staff schedule to go on leave have suitable relievers
- Ensure monthly PFA remittance for all staff
- Book visitor reservation system (VMS)
- Book vehicle for staff external meeting
- Book meeting venues both PHC & LOS
- Procure office stationeries
- Facilitate loan application/disbursement and payment process.
Know How And Experience
- Good working knowledge of the bank’s operating systems.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good working knowledge of the Cooperative Vendors.
- Good Microsoft skills.
Key Performance Indicators
- Improved turn-around-time in resolving customer complaints
- Ability to cross sell varying products from the Cooperative
- Timeliness in packing of credit products for Co-operators
- Lack of Non-performing loan
- Timely regularizing of any assigned delinquent loan from Cooperators on Cross posting or owing Cooperators
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a recognized university with a minimum of second class Lower division.
- Minimum of 3 years cognate work experience from a reputable organization/Institution
- Master’s degree in Business administration, will be an added advantage
- professional certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- At least 3 year experience in relationship Management in a financial institution
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business opportunities
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing business requirements
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- High level of competence with MS word, power point and excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision
- Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values
- Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills
- Good human relations.
