CALL FOR TENDER (CFT) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF

TUCN STAFF CLUBHOUSE, ONIRU, LAGOS

Total E&P Cooperative (TEPNG COOP) is pleased to invite your firm to tender for the construction of the Proposed TUCN Staff Clubhouse at Plot 8, Trinity Avenue, Oniru, Lagos per the requirements and process set out in this invitation to bid.

The Tender documents comprises of the following.

  2. Form of Tender
  3. Conditions of Contract (FIDIC)
  4. Technical Specifications
  5. Unpriced Bills of Quantities for Civil works
  6. Unpriced Bills of Quantities for Mechanical Installation
  7. Unpriced Bills of Quantities for Electrical Installation
  8. Architectural Tender Drawings
  9. Structural Tender Drawings
  10. Mechanical & Electrical Tender Drawings

In addition to the instruction to tenderers, the Contractor’s attention is drawn to the following: –

  1. The Conditions of Contract should be read and understood – ALL information required therein must be returned with the tender on the appointed day.
  2. The Preliminary and General Items must be priced in full before submitting your tender.
  3. The Employer may be prepared to make advance payment; such payment will be protected by an irrevocable guarantee from an approved financial institution; similarly, a Performance Bond equivalent to 10% of the agreed contract sum would be required from an approved financial institution.
  4. No alternative bids will be entertained.
  5. In returning the completed tender, your submission shall include:
    1. Form of Tender (PDF format)
    2. Tender Bills of Quantities for Civil Works (PDF & Excel format)
    3. Tender Bills of Quantities for Mechanical Installations (PDF & Excel format)
    4. Tender Bills of Quantities for Electrical Installations (PDF & Excel format)
    5. Work program (PDF format) for an overall completion period of eight (8) months executed in phases as follows.
      1. Phase 1– Sport Facilities
      2. Phase 2 – Club house & Swimming Pool
    6. Comprehensive Health & Safety Plan (PDF format)
    7. Contractors All Risk Insurance Policy (PDF format)
    8. Contractors Quality Assurance & Control Manual (PDF format)
    9. List of plant & equipment required for project work of this nature (PDF format)
    10. Resume of key personnel for civil works, mechanical & electrical works, indicating previously executed projects. (PDF format)
    11. Letter of attestation signed by company’s principal (PDF format)

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this CFT, please prepare your bid following the requirements set out in the instructions to tenderers as failure to adhere to the instruction shall disqualify the tenderer.
