Outsourcing and the management of The TSM COOP Travel Limited to an organization or person who can run it effectively and efficiently for a profit-sharing arrangement.
Technical Qualification Requirements
The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:
- Issuing of tickets
- Reissuing of tickets
- Rescheduling of tickets
- Refund of tickets
- Rerouting of tickets
- BSP – Billing and Settlement plan knowledge
- Ability to negotiate good deals with the airlines
- Commercially aware of the travel business
- Good interpersonal skills
- Numerical ability
- Verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skill

- IATA certification
- Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
- Business plan proposal for TSM Coop Travels Limited with a net rate of return of 1.57% – Commercial bid.
- Kindly give details on the percentage commission that will be given to us and the service fee your company will charge for each ticket.
- Also include the airlines you have net deals with.
- We will appreciate you including any other deals/packages that you think will be beneficial to our members, and the “Total family” at large.

Terms and Conditions
- This Invitation to Bid is not a guarantee from TEPNG COOP to award a contract. But it is a prerequisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order for the provision of institutional goods, services, and work.
- All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.
- Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.
