REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Total E&P Cooperative wishes to invite reputable and competent firms to express interest in the proposed clubhouse swimming pool deck rework & construction of its changing room at Plot 8, Trinity Avenue, Oniru, Lagos.<\/p>\n

Technical Qualification Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:<\/p>\n

  1. Detailed company profile.<\/li>\n
  2. Technical & scope of work.<\/li>\n
  3. Commercial.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bidders Conference & Site Inspection<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. All applicants are allowed to visit the facility for inspection.<\/li>\n

      1. The complete quotation (Method Statement, Bills of Quantities, & Covering Letter) should be uploaded in the provided link \u2013 See Upload Link<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Submission Deadline<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        All interested applicants must submit their quotation by 11:59 PM on the 19th <\/sup>of December, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. This RFQ is not a guarantee from TEPNG COOP to award a contract. However, it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order to provide institutional goods, services, and work.<\/li>\n
        2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.<\/li>\n
        3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.<\/li>\n
        4. TEPNG COOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and cancel the entire tender process at any time without assigning any reason.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
