requirements to Co-operators<\/li>\n<li>Manage a regular update from the client for newly joined employees.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver promptly, and clarify what is needed for an effective first\/ continuous discussion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"4\" width=\"741\"><strong>Specific Duties &amp; Responsibilities: (<\/strong>Strategic<strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generation of new Cop-operators sign-ups<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management of existing Co-operators effectively to facilitate portfolio growth<\/li>\n<li>Driving Activations and penetration of signed up schemes based on assigned targets<\/li>\n<li>To assess the risk profiles of customer segments and contribute to the development of effective control measures within the business.<\/li>\n<li>Adherence and compliance to the Cooperative standards on Operations risk and Customer due diligence (CDD), Service standards<\/li>\n<li>To grow the Cooperative portfolio through a focused market segment approach by creating effective relationships that maximize revenues and asset growth<\/li>\n<li>Organize quarterly onsite activations\/storms for Co-operators targeting a focused Product<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with non-existing potential Co-operators<\/li>\n<li>To support in the launch of products, sales strategy, and campaigns to key segments for profitable and quality business<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that Cooperators&#8217; instructions \/requests are treated accurately and timely.<\/li>\n<li>Drive penetration and cross-sell to existing Co-operators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Target Clients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The target clients for this role include but are not limited to<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All existing Co-operators in the Cooperative,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Immediate family of Co-operators and<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Eligible Co-operators within the system<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sources of leads<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Existing Co-operators, the immediate family of co-operators, and referrals from them<\/p>\n<p><strong>Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Generate referrals from CMC and Senior Executives and other stakeholders to acquire, expand and retain profitable relationships and grow market share<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work closely with other departments in the Cooperative to generate sales leads<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Generate referrals and use Market Intelligence to achieve deeper relationships with customers<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Business Planning &amp; Financial Management<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Source for potential Co-operators and recommend their inclusion based on gathered need<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Advise the Business on Co-operators who exhibit high-risk policies and practices hence controlling and managing risk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product broadening<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Enhanced multi-product Personal knowledge<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Market and competition knowledge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Presentation and soft skills tailored to engaging business owners<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Closing deals<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communication and presentation skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiation and objection handling<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Client training on digital solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of Personal KYC principles<\/p>\n<p><strong>Know-How And Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent planning skills and ability to interact with all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Must understand the use of accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Must be focused and result-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and highly meticulous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved turn-around-time in resolving customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cross-sell varying products from the Cooperative<\/li>\n<li>Timeliness in packing of credit products for Co-operators<\/li>\n<li>Lack of Non-performing loan<\/li>\n<li>Timely regularizing of any assigned delinquent loan from Cooperators on Cross posting or owing Cooperators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a recognized university with a minimum of the second-class Lower division.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years cognate work experience from a reputable organization\/Institution<\/li>\n<li>A Master\u2019s degree in Business administration will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp;
