The Cooperative seeks to contract the consultant services for the development of the framework for the establishment and operationalization of this Bank.<\/p>\n<p>The assignment will seek to conduct a detailed feasibility study and develop a comprehensive business plan including all relevant frameworks required for the establishment of an Energy Bank with the mandate to own, operate and manage investments in which the Cooperative has an interest.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, the services shall include, but shall not be limited to the tasks outlined below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological, Legal and Environmental analysis and implications of forming an Energy Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Review the existing legal, policies, institutional arrangements in the Banking Sector, identify gaps and make appropriate recommendation<\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed feasibility study<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed Business Plan with Financial Models for the proposed bank.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the framework for the establishment of the Bank with associated risk.<\/li>\n<li>Any other vital information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Expected Outputs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feasibility Study.<\/li>\n<li>Blueprint Report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Cooperative now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. \u00a0Interested firms must provide information indicating\u00a0 \u00a0that they\u00a0\u00a0 are\u00a0\u00a0 qualified to perform the\u00a0 services <strong>(detailed company profile [including providing organizational structure, certificate of incorporation, years in business, core business, etc.]; description of similar assignments handled; experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
