Outsourcing and the management of The TSM COOP Travel Limited to an organization or person who can run it effectively and efficiently for a profit-sharing arrangement.<\/p>\n

Technical Qualification Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:<\/p>\n

  1. Issuing of tickets<\/li>\n
  2. Reissuing of tickets<\/li>\n
  3. Rescheduling of tickets<\/li>\n
  4. Refund of tickets<\/li>\n
  5. Rerouting of tickets<\/li>\n
  6. BSP \u2013 Billing and Settlement plan knowledge<\/li>\n
  7. Ability to negotiate good deals with the airlines<\/li>\n
  8. Commercially aware of the travel business<\/li>\n
  9. Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
  10. Numerical ability<\/li>\n
  11. Verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
  12. Excellent time management and organizational skill<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      4. Kindly give details on the percentage commission that will be given to us and the service fee your company will charge for each ticket.<\/li>\n
      5. Also include the airlines you have net deals with.<\/li>\n
