Scope of work<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Management of Total Cooperative stores located at plot 25 Trans Amadi Industrial Layout Port Harcourt Rivers State, Eko Towers, Plot 1415-E Adetokunbo Ademola Street Victoria Island, Lagos, and Obagi, Onelga<\/p>\n

Technical Qualification Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.<\/li>\n
  2. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the company annual turnover for the last three (3) years.<\/li>\n
  3. Possession of experience as a supermarket or Retail shop management<\/li>\n
  4. Evidence of current supermarket locations in Port Harcourt and Lagos respectively.<\/li>\n
  5. VAT Registration with TIN number and evidence of VAT remittances for the last 3years.<\/li>\n
  6. Company\u2019s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.<\/li>\n
  7. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical Staff)<\/li>\n
  8. Evidence of dealership with some product manufacturers (Drinks, Provisions, Cosmetics, and household items)<\/li>\n
  9. Company Policy on product management process and procedures.<\/li>\n
  10. Evidence of logistic partnership MOU or Evidence of logistic apparatus available.<\/li>\n
  11. Evidence of company defensive driving training for company drivers.<\/li>\n
  12. Interpersonal relationship management staff training.<\/li>\n
  13. Company policy on pricing.<\/li>\n
  14. Evidence of current Information and Technology software.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bidders Conference & Site Inspection<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. All applicants are required to visit the facility for a bidders\u2019 conference and site inspection on Thursday 18th<\/sup> November 2021.<\/li>\n
    2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.<\/li>\n
    3. All applicants are required to contact the project Coordinator ( Daniel<\/strong> Igemoh<\/strong> on 07032276842 for PH and Ogechi Okeke on<\/strong> 08063131264 for Lagos) before the visit date to schedule their inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3. The applicant should input prices for each element in the commercial bid document. The cost breakdown for each work element should be generated and included in the submitted bid.<\/li>\n

        Submission Deadline<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        All interested applicants are required to submit the pre-qualification documents before\u00a011:59PM on 17th<\/sup> December 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
