Admin<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"4\" width=\"673\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Specific Duties &amp; Responsibilities: (<\/strong><strong>Strategic)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collate details of candidates successful for interview<\/li>\n<li>Invite candidate for panel interview stage<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interview section for staff (proposed and existing staff)<\/li>\n<li>Officially notify successful candidates who make the final stage<\/li>\n<li>Issue offer letter to successful candidates<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on new staff resumption<\/li>\n<li>Source CV\u2019s and maintain recruitment database and record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Advise and ensure reimbursement to staff on transit or moved to other location(per diem)<\/li>\n<li>Book flight for staff &amp; CMC member and accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare vendors invoice for payment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt resolution issues raised by staff<\/li>\n<li>Compile and consolidate information on identified training needs from appraisal form and search for training in line with their role<\/li>\n<li>Send out and ensure receipt of personal and previous employer reference in line with set standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all staff schedule to go on leave have suitable relievers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure monthly PFA remittance for all staff<\/li>\n<li>Book visitor reservation system (VMS)<\/li>\n<li>Book vehicle for staff external meeting<\/li>\n<li>Book meeting venues both PHC &amp; LOS<\/li>\n<li>Procure office stationeries<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate loan application\/disbursement and payment process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Know How And Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good working knowledge of the bank\u2019s operating systems.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and inter-personal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of the Cooperative Vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Good Microsoft skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved turn-around-time in \u00a0resolving customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cross sell varying products from the Cooperative<\/li>\n<li>Timeliness in packing of credit products for Co-operators<\/li>\n<li>Lack of Non-performing loan<\/li>\n<li>Timely regularizing of any assigned delinquent loan from Cooperators on Cross posting or owing Cooperators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in \u00a0a recognized university with a minimum of second class Lower division.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years cognate work experience from a reputable organization\/Institution<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Business administration, will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li><strong>professional certification<\/strong> will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp;
