  • Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms<\/li>\n
  • Determining clients\u2019 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them<\/li>\n
  • Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties\u2019 value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms<\/li>\n
  • Determine clients\u2019 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them<\/li>\n
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing<\/li>\n
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\u2019 value<\/li>\n
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers<\/li>\n
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)<\/li>\n
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties<\/li>\n
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors<\/li>\n
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors<\/li>\n
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Know How and Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson<\/li>\n
  • Proven track of successful sales record<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Monitor Health and Safety Strategy is met;<\/li>\n
      • Ensure quality contractors are sign up by the Cooperative.<\/li>\n
      • Tracking and delivery of initiatives\/projects on deadline<\/li>\n
      • Quality execution of specific projects as<\/li>\n
      • Competence level and delivery of vendors selected for projects<\/li>\n
      • Efficiency of Budget and Management of Assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications & Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Bachelor\u2019s degree from a recognized university.<\/li>\n
        • Minimum of 3 years\u2019 cognate work experience from a reputable organization\/Institution<\/li>\n
        • Non-degree courses in real estate development or investing a plus.<\/li>\n
        • professional certification<\/strong> will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Knowledge & Skills Required<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Knowledge of construction management process;<\/li>\n
          • Understand construction \u201cCritical path\u201d<\/li>\n
          • Development budget preparation and management experience;<\/li>\n
          • Thorough knowledge and understanding of local planning and environmental laws<\/li>\n
          • Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards.<\/li>\n
          • Proficient in MS Office applications, and use of AutoCAD
            \n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
