Background: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Total Cooperative has an empty piece of land in Trans Amadi Gardens, measuring about 47,000 square meters. The land has a global survey and a layout design. The land needs to be parcellated and plots mark out with beacons. In addition, provide detailed drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the infrastructures.<\/p>\n

Scope of work<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Layout survey and plots marking at Total Cooperative Estate, Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt Rivers State.<\/li>\n
  2. Detailed drawings and BOQ for the following infrastructure within the estate.<\/li>\n
  3. Road, Drainage and Walkways<\/li>\n
  4. Water reticulation system<\/li>\n
  5. Power connection and street lighting (Possible IPP or hybrid)<\/li>\n
  6. Provision for Internet Connections (IPNX)<\/li>\n
  7. Provision for CCTV Connection<\/li>\n
  8. Gate House and Admin Building.<\/li>\n
  9. Recreation Centre (Basic Amenities)<\/li>\n
  10. Green Areas.<\/li>\n
  11. Design Standard Protype buildings for the estate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Technical Qualification Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.<\/li>\n
    2. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the company annual turnover for the last three (3) years.<\/li>\n
    3. Evidence of previous job done.<\/li>\n
    4. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical Staff).<\/li>\n
    5. Evidence of HSE procedure and detail execution plan with date<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Bidders Conference & Site Inspection<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. All applicants are required to visit the facility for a bidders\u2019 conference and site inspection on October 25th, 2021.<\/li>\n
      2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.<\/li>\n
      3. All applicants are required to contact the Project Coordinator (Mr. Charles Nwafor on 08037048496<\/strong>) before the visit date to schedule their inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
