Scope of work<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

To extend TotalCoop critical IT services to the cloud (IaaS).<\/p>\n

Technical Objectives\/Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

TotalCoop plans to host the following VMs in the cloud and to set up a site-to-<\/em>site connection between its services on-<\/em>prem and that which will be hosted in the cloud for real-<\/em>time replication of its data.<\/p>\n

A failover will also be configured such that, should there be a disruption of service on-prem, <\/em>its services will continue to become available in the cloud without any downtime to both its internal and external users.<\/p>\n

The following below are services we look to host in the cloud and which we expect a quote from you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Windows VM<\/td>\nActive Directory (2 vCPUs, 4 GB RAM) x 730 Hours; Windows OS inclusive, 70GB Storage<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Windows VM<\/td>\nWeb Server (2 vCPUs, 8 GB RAM) x 730 Hours; Windows OS inclusive, 100GB Storage<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Windows VM<\/td>\nDB Server (4 vCPUs, 16 GB RAM) x 730 Hours; Windows OS & SQL License Inclusive, 200GB Storage<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
VPN Gateway<\/td>\nFirewall (to set up site-to-site VPN<\/em>)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The applicant will be required to provide the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.<\/li>\n
  2. Commercial Information for the cloud services in USD<\/em> ($) for 3 years Reserved Instance plan and Implementation\/post support cost in local currency.<\/li>\n
  3. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including project team members and their responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Submission Deadline<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      All interested applicants are required to submit the pre-qualification documents and the commercial bid on or before\u00a011:30 pm Friday 29th<\/sup> October 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. This Invitation to Bid is not a guarantee from TotalCoop to award a contract. But it is a prerequisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order for the provision of institutional goods, services, and work.<\/li>\n
      2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.<\/li>\n
      3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.<\/li>\n
