REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Total E&P Cooperative (TEPNG COOP) wishes to invite reputable and competent firms to express interest for the supply and implementation of Health, Safety & Environment signages at Plot 8, Trinity Avenue, Oniru, Lagos.<\/p>\n

Scope of Works<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Traffic speed breakers<\/li>\n
  2. Speed limit signages<\/li>\n
  3. Car Park directional signages<\/li>\n
  4. Warning signs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Technical Qualification Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The applicant will be required to provide the following documents:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.<\/li>\n
    2. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the company annual turnover for the last three (3) years.<\/li>\n
    3. Possession of experience for execution of similar executed work\/minor facility maintenance works with verifiable letters of contract award and certificates of job completion within the last Five (5) years.<\/li>\n
    4. VAT Registration with TIN number and evidence of VAT remittances for the last 3years.<\/li>\n
    5. Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical\/Managerial).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Bidders Conference & Site Inspection<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. All applicants are required to visit the facility for a bidders\u2019 conference and site inspection on the 20th of October, 2021.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. A maximum of two (2) representatives are required for each applicant during the site visit.<\/li>\n
      3. All applicants are required to contact the Facility Coordinator (Mr. Paul UDOTONG 08061194600) before the visit date to schedule their inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Submission of Documents <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. The applicant should upload the technical qualification requirements document in the provided link – See Upload Link<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
        2. The applicant should prepare a method statement for the proposed works.<\/li>\n
        3. The applicant should download the Bills of Quantities provided in the link – Download Link<\/a><\/li>\n
        4. The applicant should input the prices for the work item in the Bills of Quantities and return the Bills in Microsoft excel format.<\/li>\n
        5. The applicant should prepare a cover letter stating the quotation amount, validity period and completion period for the works.<\/li>\n
        6. The complete quotation (Method Statement, Bills of Quantities & Covering Letter) should be uploaded in the provided link – See Upload Link<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Submission Deadline<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

          All interested applicants are required to submit their quotation by\u00a011:30 PM on the 20th of October, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          1. This Invitation to Bid is not a guarantee from TEPNG COOP to award a contract. But it is a pre-requisite to the conclusion of any contract or purchase order for the provision of institutional goods, services, and work.<\/li>\n
          2. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in the technical qualification requirements and commercial bid.<\/li>\n
          3. Any submission after the submission deadline will be disqualified.<\/li>\n
