Conditions for Qualification

• Applicant must not have had any non performing facility with the Cooperative.
• Applicant does not have adverse CRMS or Credit Registry report.
• Applicant must have minimum of 200,000 units of the cooperative shares.

Applicant cannot take Pension advance and Senior’s Loan at the same time.

Documentation for Loans and Advances

1. Application Form.
2. Status Inquiry form/ Credit Check(where applicable).
3. Executed Letter of Set off.
4. Accepted Offer Letter.
5. Executed Standing Order letter.
6. Bank Statement (where applicable).
